1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.
  • Refunds/exchanges are valid within [15Days] of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made products.
  • Products marked “Final Sale.”

3. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and send return instructions (e.g., shipping address) if approved.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and ship it to our facility. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
  4. Damage, Replacement or Exchange Item Time Frame is 5 to 10 Days

4. Refund Processing

  • If Approved Refunds are Credited within [5–10 business days] In original Payment Method.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For bank transfers, allow additional time for processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us for approval before shipping the item.
