1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.
- Refunds/exchanges are valid within [15Days] of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized/custom-made products.
- Products marked “Final Sale.”
3. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

- Approval: We’ll review your request and send return instructions (e.g., shipping address) if approved.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and ship it to our facility. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
- Damage, Replacement or Exchange Item Time Frame is 5 to 10 Days
4. Refund Processing
- If Approved Refunds are Credited within [5–10 business days] In original Payment Method.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For bank transfers, allow additional time for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us for approval before shipping the item.

6. Damaged/Defective Items
